We'd love to meet someone with...
- Proven management experience in retail, project management, contact centres and channel account partnerships (industry knowledge key)
- Operationally strong mindset and a solution-based thinker, able to perform a high volume of tasks, simultaneously
- The ability to demonstrate resilience, working well and delivering under high pressure
- Understanding of retail execution, delivery, marketing, sales and operations
- Experience in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Highly driven and able to adapt quickly to changes
What does a typical day in this role look like?
- No two days will be the same and no day will be boring
- Spinning multiple plates, you will manage and deliver several tasks in a short time frame
- Working with stakeholders, you will deliver all aspects of retail and contact centre within your channel partner
- Planning and managing roll outs, communication, and product execution
- Be the key point of contact between the Channel and Samsung, ensuring the effective delivery of all joint business plans
- The operational delivery and end to end management of projects and programmes will be fundamental to your success in this role
This role is partially working from home and from the head office in Chertsey.
