CK Group are recruiting for a Digital Channel Optimisation Lead to join a company in the Pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Tadworth, Surrey on a contract basis for 12 months.
**Hourly rate**:
PAYE up to £33.78 per hour
Umbrella up to £37.86 per hour

**Location**:
Tadworth (remote working considered). This is the UK Commercial HQ. The site has over 320 acres with around 800 employees, who work across the biopharmaceutical and consumer businesses or in one of the business support functions (such as finance or HR). Thesite also serves as a hub for some of the company’s European business operations.

**Digital Channel Optimisation Lead Role**:

- Advise and lead on digital strategy based on channel effectiveness and ROI for the business.
- Drive substantial improvements in digital marketing program performance and efficiency to meet marketing financial goals.
- Close collaboration and engagement with wide range of internal cross functional stakeholder including Marketing, Business Analytics, Sales and Omnichannel Team

**Your Background**:

- Demonstrated experience of working with metrics and KPIs to evaluate, communicate and optimise the performance activities.
- Strong understanding of channel mix and modelling to advise on business investment strategy.
- Preferred experience with analytics tools i.e. Adobe, Google Analytics, database and statistical tools (SQL, SAS, SPSS, Etc.)
- Demonstrated success in planning and measuring data led campaigns.
- Project Management experience essential.
