**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is clean and well-maintained.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our patrons.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.
- Assist in restocking supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for customer service with the ability to help create memorable experiences for guests.
- Basic maths skills are necessary for processing payments and managing tabs effectively.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team when required.
- Close or open the business when required.
