**JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Overview**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES: Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Collection and verification of TELE/Security FO requirement and related project std
- Collection/Verification of all others multidisciplinary(*) requirement by close interface with different referent people (Milan Operating Centre-MOC & London Operating Centre-LOC)
- Automation, Instrumentation, Packages, Electrical, Corrosion etc.
- Collect of all requirement from third parties by close interface with Interface manager and Client
- Subsea, Area 4, main gate house etc
- Overall FOC Block diagrams and relevant document issue and development
- Management and preparation of Comment Sheet replies with Client
- Definition of from/to, redundancy, segregation for every F.O. cable
- Cable type definition
- Other Material definition and list (Cabinets, Patch panels, patch cords, cable glands, FOC core size etc)
- Preparation of a shared table, defining all battery limits in terms of F.O. supply / engineering / installation between all involved disciplines
- Cable and Material MTO definition
- Support to field engineering specialist for the cable Schedule document development and maintenance (for all FO)
- Support to field engineering specialist for the Cable routing / 3D model (for cable trays, tranches, duct banks etc)
- All FO split and core allocation
- Support to field engineering specialist for F.O. Drum List preparation based on different Areas
- Support for the FO cabinet purchase order
**QUALIFICATIONS: Essential Qualifications and Education**:
- Accredited engineering degree in Electrical or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering
- Preferably MEng degree
- Preferable Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.
- Typically 15-20 years of control and instrumentation design engineering experience
- Demonstrable in-depth knowledge and understanding of control systems and field instruments
- Familiarity with current codes and standards
- Awareness of current and new technologies and the detail design engineering process
- Experience in petrochemical or related industries
- Liaison with project management and other engineering departments within a project team
