Payroll Administrator - Job Specification

- This role is based in Egham, Surrey
- Working hours are 8:45-5:15 Monday to Friday.
Main Responsibilities
- Working closely with the accounts team and companies’ partners to ensure payroll is processed smoothly.
- Managing incoming payroll.
- Assisting and resolving with queries from agencies.
- Ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Reporting to the BDs and directing relevant tasks to the teams.
- Managing clients invoices requests and liaising with them based on the dynamic changes for payroll.
- Providing breakdowns to our payroll for processing.
- Ensuring all payroll data is reconciled, forwarded and processed.
- Reporting to clients on the invoice reconciliation - weekly and monthly and quarterly reporting
- Supporting clients with data reporting weekly and upon request.
- Demonstrating the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, where clients are at the core of everything we do.

- Maintaining communication across departments and with our clients.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects at a time.
- Hands-on and can-do attitude.
- Confident using MS office especially Excel.
- Punctual and well-presented.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Good communicator.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
