A team management will lead a team of 20+ delivery drivers to ensure reliable delivery of newspapers and magazines to private and business customers.

Distribution Supervisors are critical to their continued success and form an important part of their overall management function. You will have the following primary roles:

- To manage and oversee the overall packing and distribution function within your territory (including overnight operations).
- To ensure all deliveries are made accurately and on time in line with our expected service levels.
- Support the recruitment, training and the retention process and pipeline to maintain acceptable staffing levels.
- Be accountable for administration including morning handover of night’s outcomes, health & safety, and cover arrangements
- Preparing rounds, monitoring time keeping and attendance, and other daily admin tasks
- Where necessary, supervisors may be required to cover rounds or complete re-deliveries for which you will earn extra money.
- Leading the team and moral of the workforce. On the ground support and presence required.

- Payment made every four weeks
- Roughly 11:30pm start time
- Approximately 8.5 hours work each day.
- 6 mornings on, 2 mornings off
- 28 days annual leave
