We are looking for Experienced Support Workers to work for our clients in their supported living services in and around the Devizes area

This is a temporary role, as an agency Support Worker, you will be covering sickness and holidays for our clients in the Wiltshire area.

You will have a can-do attitude and be able to adapt to the different services you will be attending.

You will be working with individuals with varying needs, from those with learning difficulties and physical disabilities, to autism and behaviours that may challenge.

This particular service is set in a three story property with good public transport routs to the nearby towns, and within walking distance of the picturesque canal

At this particular service you will be supporting three gentlemen with learning difficulties.

You will promote choice as your number one priority, and you will support each individual to achieve their dreams and be as independent as possible.

You will understand that each individual will have varying needs, and you will adjust your support accordingly, following support plans to enable you to deliver high-quality person-centred care to the individuals you support to enable each individual to live life as they choose.

This is a temporary role where you can pick and choose your own hours around your own availability

- 10 hour shift

- Day shift
- Night shift

Work days:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Weekends only
