**Position**: Full-Time / Part-Time

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled **Massage Therapist & Facialist** to join our busy, high-end salon in **Beckenham**. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional treatments and creating a relaxing, results-driven experience for your clients - we’d love to hear from you

**About the Role**

**Requirements**:
Minimum **5 years’ experience** in a salon, spa, or clinic environment
Qualified in **at least 4 massage techniques** - e.g. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Lymphatic Drainage, or Pregnancy Massage
Strong knowledge of **professional skincare**, skin types, and product recommendations
Confident in delivering bespoke facials and advising clients on homecare routines
Excellent communication and client care skills
Recognised qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) in massage and facial therapy

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of massage therapies tailored to individual client needs
- Deliver professional, results-focused facial treatments
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and recommend appropriate skincare and treatments
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and create a calm, welcoming treatment environment
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on trust and results
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day salon operations
