A leading Legal 500 recognised law firm based in Lancashire is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their successful Real Estate Department team in Preston. This is truly an incredible opportunity to join a top-level firm
Our client is looking for somebody enthusiastic with good attention to detail, tenacity, and great networking skills. You will deal with general commercial property matters including but not limited to sales and acquisitions, L&T matters, secured lending transactionsand providing corporate support to our Corporate Department, develop new client relationships, support key events to secure new clients and ensure clients receive the best commercial legal advice tailored to their circumstances.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience of managing your own caseload and advising a range of clients from owner-managed businesses to larger scale developers.
- Have a strong academic background to deal with high quality commercial property work
- Experience of dealing with general commercial property cases, sales, and acquisitions, landlord and tenant, corporate transactional support, and secured lending matters
- Have Excellent IT skills and a good eye for detail
- Be Commercially aware with a good eye for business development opportunities
The salary on offer for this role is dependent upon experience but includes one of the best benefits packages in the region along with a truly rewarding and progressive work environment
