Leading Underwriters based in the city have a new role for an experience PI / FI Underwriter.

To underwrite a profitable account of renewal and new business

Promoting the products and profile of the company to brokers /producers

Planning, developing and managing identified broker development opportunities

Working with the team to understand and contribute towards the professional indemnity

strategy and business plan and supporting the strategic development of the professional indemnity

/ financial lines account.

Initiating, managing and reporting on designated projects

Good knowledge of general insurance (London Market / Lloyd's and Industry) products, services, and good understanding of underlying legal principles and practices relating to risk within own role capacity
