**Nursery Assistant Room Leader - Toddler Room**

**Location: Stratford, London**

**Salary: Up to £24,869 per annum dependant on qualifications & experience
- (Enhanced salary package for Level 5, 6 and QTS qualified)**

**Full Time: 40 hours - 8:00-18:00 Monday-Friday (50 weeks not term time)**

**The Job Role**:

- This **Nursery Assistant Room Leader** role is providing excellent care to children in a dedicated Toddler room.
- Assisting the Room leader in leading a team of 6 practitioners with various experience and qualifications you will co-manage the daily running of the classroom and have overall responsibility in the absence of the Room Leader.

**Skills Experience and Qualifications**:

- Minimum recognised **Level 3 qualification in Early Years**:

- Previous experience in a nursery or school
- Understanding of play-based approach to child development
- Good timekeeping and organisational skills
- Experience of leading a team in an early years setting
- Ability to work as part of a team and confident in leading
- Enthusiastic can-do attitude
- Passionate about working with children
