This is a complex service and is better suited to experienced Support Workers

We’re currently supporting a fantastic young lady in the S35 area of Sheffield. She has a learning disability, autism, requires mental health support, and you will experience some behaviours that others may find challenging.

Your role is to support this young lady to achieve the goals she has set for herself, which include engaging in the activities she enjoys. She likes to keep active and enjoys walking, swimming and cycling and when she’s feeling creative, she loves art.

It’s your role to ensure that this young lady is supported to live the life she chooses. On a day to day basis you will be providing support with personal care prompts, meal preparation, medication administration, grocery shopping and household tasks including cooking, cleaning and laundry.

We’re looking for experienced, positive and passionate Support Workers to join her support team on a full-time basis (37.5 hours per week) working predominantly day shifts or a part-time basis (24 hours per week) working predominantly waking night shifts.

Day shifts are from 8am - 8pm and waking night shifts are from 8pm - 8am. We're looking for people who can work flexibly on the rota that includes weekdays, weekends and a share of bank holidays. At Dimensions, we value a healthy work / life balance and as such, you will receive your rotas 4 weeks in advance.
