Framework is a charity delivering housing, health, employment, support and care services to people with a diverse range of needs. We provide accommodation and support for vulnerable adults in a number of locations in Mansfield. Our aim is to meet their support needs and help the individual overcome challenges.

This is a great opportunity for you to start or further your career in Support and to work with others to help people create a better future for themselves. We have opportunities for the role of Support Worker in one of services working across Mansfield that could be just what you’re looking for.

This role will involve delivering this support whilst our Service Users reside in our accommodation, creating unique bonds with not only the clients, but other professionals and agencies. If you’ve got some similar experience then that’s great but if not then we’ll give you all the skills, knowledge, and qualifications you need.

**Shifts Available**:

- Support Worker: Early shift - 8am-4pm Late shift 2pm-10pm also includes Bank holidays and weekends
- Night Support Worker 9pm - 8am on a rota pattern
