**Business Analyst | Yeovil | £30,000 - £40,000 | Hybrid**

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a Leading IT Service Provider.

The successful Business Analyst will be part of the Software design team responsible for understanding the business needs of customers and providing solutions to help them achieve their goals. You will be expected to analyse customer requirements, developsolutions to meet their needs, and coordinate the implementation of the solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse customer requirements and develop business solutions
- Identify potential risks and develop plans to mitigate them
- Define technical specifications in line with business requirements
- Liaise with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Communicate key insight to the software team
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers

**Technical Skills**:

- Experience in Business Analysis/ Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance (+1 Year plus
- Knowledge of IT systems and software
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience writing in SQL or similar
- Proven experience eliciting requirements and testing and producing process documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
