Graduate Electronic Design Engineer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Electronic Design Engineer based in Fareham, Hampshire to join a leading manufacturer of complex electronics equipment that is sold into the marine industry all over the world.
You will be joining a well-established R&D team at a company who invest heavily in product development across challenging and diverse projects.
This Graduate Electronic Design Engineer vacancy is open to a raw graduate, someone who has completed a placement year, or even someone who has 1/2 years of industry experience. You will be provided with support on-the-job to quickly upskill and add value inan innovative R&D environment.
Main responsibilities for the Graduate Electronic Design Engineer, will include:
- Working closely within the hardware team to help achieve defined goals
- Design and verification of electronic circuits
- Testing and debugging of PCBs
Essential criteria for the Graduate Electronic Design Engineer role is:
- Educated to degree level with a Bachelors Degree in relevant engineering discipline
- Experience in electronics design
- Digital electronics
- Analogue electronics
- VHDL/FPGA/ASIC design
- System design
- Power Supply topology and design
- RF design techniques
- PCB layout and good practices
