We’re looking for a **COMMITTED** individual to work alongside and support the Station Manager in leading the Revenue Protection team based at Euston.

With over 500,000 customers traveling weekly, no two days are the same You’ll play a vital role in ensuring a safe and effective workplace for both staff and customers. Expect shift work, some weekends, and close collaboration with your team and the station manager.

This is a highly exciting role with extra responsibility and your chance to deliver outstanding service.

**The Team Leader role includes**:

- Upholding the company policies on fares structure by ensuring that ticket conditions are adhered to and customers are boarding the correct trains.
- Lead, coach and supervise Revenue protection Officer activity, day to day operation and personal development.
- Compile and distribute the Revenue Protection Officer rosters and diagrams ensuring that maximum cover is achieved.
- Prepare and submit reports on team performance and key activities required by this role.
- Champion the detection and prevention of fraudulent activity
