Our Agile multidisciplinary teams are using the latest tech, tooling and thinking to transform the way DWP delivers products and services, so they're easier to access and more efficient to run.

You will be a key part of delivering change within DWP's critical Technology Services function.

Technology Services design and deliver solutions and services that underpin everything DWP do, and enable reliable and secure digital customer journeys. This includes providing hosting, networking, and system management services to other functions withinDWP.

**What you'll need to be successful**
- Experience of working as a Business Analyst, including experience in analysing and refining user and stakeholder requirements?
- Experienced in using a wide range of analysis techniques to understand the problem, identify improvements and make recommendations
- Experienced in identifying and building strong relationships with stakeholders?
- Experience of working collaboratively within a team of multiple professions from inception to delivery.

Pay for this role is up to **£43,193.**
