ICS is working alongside a truly progressive asset management private office based in Central London, that oversea an incredibly vast residential property portfolio of nearly 200K units across both England and Wales.

With rents on the increase and property stock levels at an all-time premium, this company is in the eye of the economic BounceBack storm, and to this end, they are actively looking for a new pair of passionate, diligent, and savvy hands to join their unflappableand yet fun, Leasehold Management team on a hybrid / WFH basis.
**Please know that in order to be considered for this opportunity, you must have the relevant legal qualifications (Degree or LPC) and/or previous work experience in Conveyancing.**

**Overview of Role**

The focus of this role is legally orientated and will involve processing consents and formalities relating to the sales of properties and requests for permission or changes to lease terms specified in a variety of residential and commercial title documents.

In a nutshell, your integral role and function will be to deal with a dedicated portfolio of legal enquiries and processes related to the sale of existing leasehold properties. As well as, collect fees for these services on behalf of your designated Landlords.Whilst also ensuring that you protect the rights of your Landlord/clients, as well as ensuring that the residents of said properties are able to get necessary permissions and information promptly and simply.

**Salary**: £28K + Bonus'
**Hours**: Hybrid role - 3 days WFH and 2 days in their Central London Offices from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
