We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible secretary to join the newly established Paediatric Plastic Surgery Psychology service. We have recently appointed a clinical psychologist to lead this service and an Assistant Psychologist to work along side them. The service sits within Child Psychology and is also part of The Welsh Centre for Burns and Plastics.
The post holder will provide comprehensive, effective and efficient secretarial support to the paediatric plastic surgery psychology team, which will include booking clinics, typing patient letters, liaising with patients, the psychologists, and other members of the Burns and Plastics service, maintaining databases and other tasks as appropriate. The post will be supported by the child psychology admin team lead and will be required to provide admin support across child psychology when needed.
