An opportunity has arisen for a creative and confident individual to undertake a new Recruitment Coordinator role within the Recruitment team.

We are interested in individuals who have previous experience in a recruitment or a similar HR environment. The role will be responsible for coordinating a variety of recruitment activities, including continuing the development of recruitment processes currently in place and coordinating volume recruitment processes. The post holder will also be required to attend outreach events across the county so must feel comfortable engaging with members of the public and delivering presentations.

You will need exceptional verbal and written communication skills as you will be required to produce recruitment documentation, processes and present this to internal and external customers.

You should have strong organisational and planning skills and be able to manage multiple recruitment processes at the same time. Experience of using different recruitment and selection methods and systems for large scale recruitment processes would also be a desirable.

Experience of Microsoft Office Products is essential as you will be required to produce reports and documents to support recruitment processes.

You will be required to be educated to GCSE level of equivalent, be self-motivated, flexible and capable of working on your own initiative, and as part of a team.
- GCSE English and Maths Grade C above
- Recruitment experience in particular volume processes
- Microsoft packages Word, Excel
- Experience of SAP technology in particular Success Factors

It would be desirable for applicants to be able to demonstrate the following:

- Provide evidence of creativity and innovation within a similar recruitment environment.
- Previous police recruitment experience/multiple workstreams of recruitment and resourcing

**Salary**: £25,758.00-£27,690.00 per year
