Oldham Care Organisation is part of the Northern Care Alliance.
As a care organisation we have our own Financial Management Team and we have a vacancy for a Management Accounts Assistant.
The Finance Directorate actively promotes training and development within the team, across the Trust and externally.
We are an active member of the FSD Network, Future Focused Finance, and Towards Excellence scheme. As a Financial Management team we also have embedded a culture of strong teamwork and promoting change to continually work more efficiently.
The role will report to a Budget Manager and will working closely with other areas of the team within the Care Organisation as well as across the Northern Care Alliance wider Finance Directorate. You will provide a high quality, accurate and timely financial management advice, monitoring and reporting service to a range of non-financial colleagues including month end reporting and budget queries.
Supporting the Budget Manager you will assist the team in providing an effective monitoring and reporting service and be an integral part of the finance team, being a point of contact for budget holders and managers.
