- Knowledge of warehouse stock control, planning and forecasting, stock rotation and maintenance.

**Key Accountabilities**

You will be an integral part of the production and planning process ensuring that all stock control is managed effectively, our fleet vehicles are managed, our facility is kept to a high standard and ensure we are planning with a strategic mindset, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards and organisation

We believe in working together as one team, so you will be willing to get stuck in and support the team to ensure we meet our targets.
- Manage vehicle movements and delivery
- Understanding our internal system, Cybake
- Vehicle Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
- Work closely with the existing operations team to assist them in their roles and cover for leave and holidays
- Managing van movements and wholesale deliveries
- Liaising between Sales, Events and Ops management
- Working closely with bakery management to understand bakery output
- Collaborate with the extended Production Operations Team
- Manage available delivery dates (bank holiday dates/production dates)
- Create efficient delivery routes through Routific software
- Create delivery notes (packaging/boxes/toppers)
- Update bakers figures sheet with orders to be made for next day delivery
- Load freezer van (Forklift Driving)
- General warehouse assistance
- General maintenance throughout site
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Computer Literate
- Wide experience in logistics, general warehousing, stock control and planning
- At least 3 years’ experience within a similar role
- Pragmatic individual with the willingness to support others
- Ability to communicate across the business with multiple stakeholders
- A solid team player who loves to get stuck in
- Hold a Valid UK Driving Licence
- FLT Licence

**Salary, Hours & Benefits**

Working Days: Weds - Sat

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
