**Salary**: £24,586 - £26,783 per annum (actual)

**About the Role**:
In this role, you will:

- Lead initiatives to promote student attendance and punctuality across the school, building positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
- Identify patterns of non-attendance and lateness promptly, collaborating with your team to enable timely and effective interventions.
- Undertake strategic home visits and contribute to safeguarding efforts.
- Support and enhance attendance systems school-wide, ensuring a cohesive and efficient approach.
