Reporting to the Director of Central Services, you will manage and develop the group's operational resilience function.
As an Operational Resilience Manager, some of your responsibilities will include:

- To be responsible for the design and delivery of the operational resilience framework, ensuring it is embedded across the organisation and continues to meet all regulatory and business expectations
- To maintain and develop a program of work that delivers on the regulatory requirements for operational resilience, including reviewing and mapping important business services and testing and remediating them against tolerance thresholds; ensure meaningfulKPIs are monitored
- To develop and maintain a robust, business continuity and crisis management framework; ensure it is genuinely effective; identify and address weaknesses; ensure supporting documentation exists, is effective and accessible in any incident; test and learn;promote awareness of plans
- To lead on crisis management, both in testing and any actual invocation; this will involve engagement with senior colleagues/executives and stakeholders and manage and develop operational resilience team members

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate:

- Deep knowledge of financial regulatory requirements, especially those concerning operational resilience and outsourcing
- Good knowledge across the following areas: business continuity; incident/crisis management; disaster recovery, including IT resilience/recovery
- Experience with the management of vendors that provide critical or important services, both outsourced and non-outsourced
- Successful at team management and development

This role functions on a hybrid method, in which you'd be expected to be in one of the offices 2-3 times a week.
