**Salary**: Competitive salary of £32,000, sign on bonus of £1,000, plus annual performance bonus and Vodafone benefits

**Working Hours**: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri

**What you’ll do**

Finance is not just about the numbers Our Finance teams help us become stronger and more efficient in our operations.

As part of the three-year Finance programme, you will:

- Enable our people to make the best commercial decisions
- Use your natural analytical abilities to give valuable insights to the business
- Support functions across the business, senior leaders and key stakeholders, leveraging on your financial expertise and strategic mindset
- Have exposure to a breath of experience in a wide range of roles, allowing you to explore the world of Finance and find the areas you enjoy and excel in, while developing transferable skills.

You’ll find yourself partnering with the business to deliver financial value, working in teams such as: Commercial and Technology Finance, Vodafone Business Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis, as well as Finance Operations and Controls.

On completion, these experiences will help shape your next career move.

- A 2.2 in any degree, recently graduated - i.e. a bachelors or masters obtained or to be obtained between June 2022 and August 2025
