As our significant period of growth continues across OCU Group, we now have an opportunity for an experienced Yard Supervisor to join our business.

The purpose of the role is to handle various tasks related to the organisation, logistics, and maintenance of our yard facilities. The role is essential in supporting our electrical contracting operations, as it directly impacts the overall productivity and smooth execution of projects. The Yard Supervisor will collaborate closely with our electrical contractors and project managers, to ensure the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and tools, while also maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Maintain all Health and Safety in the Yard.
- Be proud of the yard and always ensure site tidiness and organisation.
- Book stock in and out, including consumables, PPE, misc plant Etc.
- Order materials and plant when requested.
- Assist all agents on the yard.
- Maintain minimum stock levels across all items to ensure availability of items to keep the workforce working.
- Overall responsibility for the depot.
- Complete a monthly stock take and maintain levels of key items.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous yard maintenance experience.
- Understand stock control.
- Passionate about health and safety and maintenance of the yard.
- Flexible/Available to work weekends, as required.
- Management of allocation Plant and Transport
- Understanding SSE products
