Consumer Marketing Executive

We are currently looking for a Consumer Marketing Executive to join our Global Digital & Consumer Marketing team for Penhaligon's & L'Artisan Parfumeur. In this role, you will support the development of 360 consumer marketing activations driving surprise and delight moments which heighten engagement, increase loyalty and drive sales, covering all channels - Digital, Retail & Wholesale. You will support with planning, developing and executing all consumer facing activations, delivering activities which will drive sales and engage customers in new ways, with a cross-category and omni-channel approach.
Penhaligon's and the Parisian fragrance house L'Artisan Parfumeur are part of Puig, a family-owned fashion and beauty business based in Barcelona. In this role, you will cover both brands.
**Consumer Marketing Executive Responsibilities**:
- Develop the Consumer Marketing Calendar across all channels - 12 months in advance looking at relevant themes and moments to connect and engage with consumers
- Act as lead for Brand, seasonal, mission-related and trade-driving campaigns across multiple touch-points
- Support with the Omni Activity planning process - coordinating the teams for brainstorming, planning and aligning the cross-channel activations with stakeholders
- Act as lead for briefing process; work closely and brainstorm with other teams involved such as Brand, Ecommerce, Retail and Business Development ensuring succinct, cohesive briefs are delivered
- Partner with the Consumer Insights team to implement a data-driven approach for both decision-making and post-campaign performance analysis
- Reimagine consumer engagement moments via virtual events and monetise
- Drive consumer engagement innovation - finding, testing and quickly making more moments for consumers to build brand love
- Sharing monthly updates on industry insights, events, innovations and ideas
- Monitor and track spend and performance KPIs for activations feeding into the post campaign evaluations
**You will have...**
- Previous marketing experience in a similar role, managing omni-channel experiences ideally within the Fragrance, Beauty or Luxury industries
- An understanding of multi media campaigns and how to develop the right messages for the appropriate channel and consumer
- Creative commercial marketing and consumer communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal and management skills, with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders within the organisation
- Analytical skills - to be able to read, understand data and insights and suggest next steps or actions
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- A can do attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond as needed
- A passion for fragrance, beauty, luxury sectors and good understanding of consumer behaviour and influences
