HR Assistant or HR Advisor

A position has arisen within the HR department to work closely with the HR team getting involved with all aspects of HR daily life.

**You will need**:

- Experience in, or an interest in a career within HR
- To be studying twords your CIPD or be part-qualified
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A flexible, friendly, professional and confident attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced and targeted environment
- To be organised and methodical with an eye for detail

**What you will be doing**:

- Ad-hoc HR administration where needed
- Helping with the on-boarding process of new starters, issuing contracts and all new starter documentation
- On-site employee support
- Deal with employee queries professionally and courteously, both over the phone and face-to -face
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR within the business
- Arranging and delivering company inductions
- Providing day-to-day advice in line with company policy
- Overseeing the employee leaver processes and conducting exit interviews as required
- Ensuring good HR practice and statutory guidelines are embedded in all areas of the business and applied to all activities and provide recommendations for improvement as needed
- Any other associated duties as may be reasonably requested by your Line Manager
