**The Position** We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainer - Electrical to join the Construction department on a permanent full time basis, working 37 hours per week, based at our Bispham Campus.
You will be an industry specialist with previous experience of delivering apprenticeship standards and assessment and will join part of a team to drive forward our apprenticeship programmes working in partnership with local employers.
We are the largest provider of construction skills in Lancashire, offering a broad range of traditional trades alongside HE provision, leading to careers in architecture, surveying and project management. We serve the local community offering full-time,part-time and apprenticeships courses and deliver targeted adult programmes designed to meet local employer construction skills with over 6,000 people gaining employment to date.
**No Teaching Qualification?** Teaching in further education is unique. If you’ve got industry experience and a passion for sharing your skills you could be a great further education teacher. If you have real-world industry experience, you already have what it takes to teach in furthereducation (FE). Plus, you don’t always need teaching experience or an academic degree to get started.
