**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities The role will involve undertaking some tasks outlined below.**

To quote effectively, efficiently and accurately, and to check own work before sending out to the client to confirm. Administration of sales order processing in line with the company procedure and systems, to include: Taking and Processing of sales orders. Processing relevant paperwork.

Meeting and greeting customers at the trade counter, communicate well with customers and show a high standard of customer service. Dealing with customer queries effectively & efficiently. Assist in managing daily trade operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Support the sales team by upselling products and services where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions using basic maths skills.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth trade processes.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and record-keeping.
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Upselling techniques
- Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and teamwork.

Pay: £23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
