**The Role**

We enjoy an upturn in business during the Festive season and are recruiting a full-time office-based Sales Assistant to work in our friendly team. This role has the potential to be extended. We have our own in-house Service Centre, which acts as a centralized hub for all things customer service.

**Key responsibilities.**
- Processing of all types of customer orders from receipt through to after sales enquiries (with a focus on business clients).
- Having a thorough understanding of the company and products that we offer to ensure accurate product information and quotations are provided.
- Contribute to business growth by assessing and approving business registrations efficiently.
- Working with other team members and departments within the business to deliver a high-quality service, meet targets and execute business strategies.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
- Undertake any reasonable tasks or duties assigned by the CET Manager, General Manager, Operations Manager or Directors.

**Required skills and experience.**
- Computer literate.
- Previous experience within an office environment.
- Customer service experience is essential.
- Have excellent written communication skills.
- Good Punctuality is essential and must be reliable.
- An ability to prioritise tasks.
- Ability to problem solve and find the solution quickly and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Due to the location of the office, own transport would be an advantage.

**Salary**:
£11.75 per hour (monthly pay 28th)

**Hours of work**

Basic hours 37.5 hours per week

8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
