We are currently recruiting for a **Warehouse Supervisor** to join our team, on a permanent, full-time basis based at our site inKnottingley. You’ll be responsible for managing your team, and ensuring that all warehouse tasks are completedin line with company policies and customer requirements.

Working a Monday to Friday shift pattern, between 07:00- 17:00 pm, you will be a key support in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse operation on your shift to the agreed budget and service targets.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £31,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 22 days of annual leave, (inclusive of bank holidays) as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Working in a complex fast-moving environment, you will be responsible for the operational performance on shift and building relationships with team members
- Working closely with other departments to ensure planning and effective resourcing to manage targets and workloads
- Producing relevant KPI’s and reports in order to reflect performance and identify /implement improvements and smart ways of working
- Managing stock integrity, productivity, and facilities within the warehouse operation

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous management experience, ideally from working in a similar fast-moving and customer-focused environment
- An understanding of continuous improvement tools, health and safety, compliance, and employee relations
- Excellent people management, coaching influencing skills
- Strong Communication skills.
