**Overview**
We are seeking to recruit a experienced External Quality Assurer (EQA) to join our team. We would like to appoint someone with experience within Dental Nurse Apprenticeships, ideally with moderating portfolio's at an External Quality Assurer level or with an Internal Quality Assurer qualification.

As an EQA, you play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality of delivery within our organisation. You will ensure that all assessments and processes meet national standards, as well as internal and regulatory requirements.

**Duties**
- Conduct external quality assurance reviews to evaluate the consistency and quality assessment practices.
- Prepare and submit reports detailing the outcomes of external quality assurance visits.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with qualification standards and assessment policies.
- Assist with the development and implementation of quality improvement plans.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and awarding organisations to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Participate in standardisation meetings and professional development activities.

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- Essential Internal Quality Assurer qualification
- Experience as a External Quality Assurer
- Experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in education and/or dental.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to offer constructive feedback.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant qualifications in Quality Assurance (e.g., IQA, EQA, or equivalent).
- Experience working with awarding bosies (e.g., Ofqual, SQA etc) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using quality management software and tools is advantageous.
