- We are seeking a friendly, organised, and compassionate Receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and professional service. This role is initially a temporary 3-month contract with the view to review at the end of this term.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Providing compassionate care and support to clients and their pets
- Carrying out administrative tasks and manage appointments
- Maintaining accurate records using our IT systems (training provided)
- Handling payments and client accounts
- Cleaning reception and consult areas to high standards

**About Us**:

- We are a beautiful, light and airy, purpose-built SA practice in a small shopping centre located in Ashford. Situated less than an hour from London by train, near the interesting Kent coast and we offer a welcoming and VERY positive environment to work in.
- We are well-equipped including in-house blood machine and digital X-ray machines. Our team is made up of 3 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 1 Student Veterinary Nurses and 1 Receptionist. Every member of our amazing team has an extremely positive attitude, and they make working at Eureka a pleasure. Our very experienced and organised Head Nurse, Anna, is an excellent leader of the rest of the team.

**Your shift pattern**:

- You will work 32 hours per week, Monday & Thursday 1:30 pm - 6:30 pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 8:15 am - 1:15 pm Fridays 8:30 am - 6:30 pm, with inclusion in the Saturday rota 8:30 am - 12:30 pm.
