JOB TITLE: Childcare Solicitor
PQE: 2+
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: £Dependent on experience
THE ROLE:
Well established and growing practice is looking to grow their childcare team through the appointment of a skilled and talented Childcare Lawyer. Dealing with a varied caseload of both public and private children’s work, the successful Childcare Lawyer will be working within a team covering the broad spectrum of childcare law including arrangements for children in separating families, specific issue orders, special guardianship orders and parental responsibility.
THE CANDIDATE:
The appointed Childcare Lawyer will have strong advocacy experience and ideally be a Children Panel Member although this is not essential. Applications are welcomed from Childcare Solicitors and Legal Executives who have at least 2 years PQE in handling their own caseload of children law matters including both public and private children work.
