**The Company**

Highfield Professional Solutions are proud to be representing a construction consultancy who specialise in Project Management, Quantity Surveying and CDM Principal Designer across a multitude of sectors including industrial, education, leisure and multi-room.Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to predominantly work on a variety of schemes such as manufacturing space, large-scale infrastructure, schools, swimming pool complexes and general sport facilities.

**The Position**

As an experienced Quantity Surveyor (ideally from a consultancy background), you will have the opportunity to work on a portfolio of schemes ranging from £2M to £50M and lead the Quantity Surveying team.

You will have the required skills and knowledge of JCT and NEC Forms of Contract and will be required to deliver the full life-cycle of Quantity Surveying from tendering, contract facilitation (pre and post-contract) and conducting evaluations.

Within the Quantity Surveying team, you will share your wealth of experience working with an established client base and maintain benchmark cost data to ensure an accurate approach when consulting and providing advice.

You will:

- Be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or have an equivalent construction-related qualification.
- Have previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within Consultancy.
- Experience of leading the Quantity Surveying team with a blend of technical knowledge and leadership skills.
- Worked with JCT and NEC Forms of Contract.
- Have been involved in either industrial, education, leisure or multi-room schemes.
- Worked with measurement software such as CostX.

The remuneration package that is on offer includes: -- Blended working (home & office).
