The role

We are looking for a naturally caring individual who's dedicated to helping others in need to join our team of care superheroes

This is a full time, permanent position working 35 hours per week.

In this role, you’ll be assisting customers with personal care, getting to appointments, light domestic duties, meal preparation and social outings and activities, promoting independence, choice and dignity.

The location

You will be working at our Extra Care Scheme, Ryde Village, and throughout the community in Ryde.

What you'll have

If you don’t have experience in care but you have a genuine passion for helping people to live a better life, then we’ll provide you with a full training programme to give you the skills you need to excel in this role. You must have the right attitude to be able to work well as part of a team and adapt quickly to your surroundings. And most of all, you’ll have the ambition to learn new skills and make a positive difference to our residents’ lives
