**We are looking for a Business Analytics and Support Specialist to join our Sales Operations Region North team supporting overall growth of the VELUX business.
Our Sales Operations Team for the Region Northern Europe (markets GB, IRL, DK, SE, NO, DE, AT and CH) supports the regional management team and other stakeholders with meaningful analysis and insights to ensure we are on track with our regional targets and work with the best possible market performance. Based on profound knowledge of the operational business (including product and customer structures) and understanding of the underlying IT systems and data, we ensure that our team can contribute meaningful insights to our management's decisions with standardized reporting and ad hoc requests. Where most of our colleagues are physically located in Hamburg/Germany, this role will act as a local ambassador of our team based in Hørsholm or Glenrothes.

**Your challenges**

You will be tasked with structuring and analyzing data, building a profound business knowledge of VELUX business processes and to be in dialogue with our stakeholders about the findings and further requirements.

In the role you will be responsible for:

- Ad hoc analysis on Turnover, Unit Sales, Sales Force Performance (e.g. visits), CIC and AFS.
- Participate in dialog with Market Director Sales Managers and Regional Operation Management team around relevant KPI’s and Data Insights.
- Take part in local aspects of our dealer bonus process covering coordination, communication and collection of relevant insights and analysis.
- Ensure data quality in our B2B customer master data structures in our ERP and CRM system incl. data cleansing.
- As our team’s “local ambassador” in the market, you are gathering our local stakeholders' requirements as well as other relevant local information for the rest of the team. At the same time, you promote our team’s services portfolio in the market to ensure that we are working in harmonized ways across the region.

**Your qualifications**
As a person you are proactive with a can-do attitude. You have excellent analytical skills and can communicate actionable insights clearly across the organisation in order to help the sales and marketing team make the right data-driven decisions. Moreover, you explain complex topics by excellent visualization and communication skills.

Furthermore, we expect you to have:

- A Master degree within Economics, Business Administration, IT or another relevant field.
- Experience from a data analyst role or similar.
- Experience working with large data sets.
- Strong problem-solving skills & critical thinking.
- Strong reporting and dashboard design skills.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Advanced skills within Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerAutomate and PowerApps).
- Advanced Excel skills.
