**Description**:
Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager for Trivandi’s delivery, the Logistics Coordinator will support the delivery of safe, efficient, and timely logistics operations for the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games. This role ensures the movement, storage, and distribution of equipment, supplies, and materials across competition and non-competition venues, enabling seamless Games-time operations.

**Working arrangements**

The role will commence in the Organising Company’s Glasgow city centre office, with visits required to competition venues to fully deliver the responsibilities of the role. The location for the role will transition to be based at a competition venue as we approach the Games.

The role will be contracted for 40 hours per week, with requirements to be in the office aligned to the Organising Company's planned working pattern. All travel to your place of work will be at your own cost. During the Games operational period, shift patterns are likely to be required which could include weekends.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate transportation, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking.
- Manage inventory levels, storage, and distribution of equipment/materials.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Monitor logistics costs, prepare reports, and support budget tracking.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Support on-site logistics during events/operations, resolving issues quickly.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, assets, and supplies.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
**Experience**
- Previous experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or large-scale event delivery.
- Experience coordinating deliveries, inventory, or venue logistics.
- Familiarity with working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders (suppliers, contractors, workforce).
- Desirable: experience in sports, cultural events, or multi-venue operations
