We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our Regional Administration Team for the London Region.

This is a bank role which will be based from home. You will be working on administration for our prison sites within the London area.

**Salary**

The bank rate for this role is £14.61 per hour on week days and £16.86 per hour on weekends.

**What you'll be doing**:
As an Administrator your responsibilities will vary. You will
- Contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site
- Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning etc. Work on projects such as data cleanses.

Qualifications required
- English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills
- A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
- Good IT skills and IT literacy
- Ability to work within a busy environment
