This role is for you if you are a Financial adviser with at least 2 years’ experience of providing advice, where you are looking to join an established business where you can make the most out of leads, referrals, and receive support from the business to allow you to hit the ground running. You will also command a generous salary with the opportunity to earn an uncapped quarterly bonus.

**The Business**

The business is a small to medium well established Financial Advisory practice in the middle of Leeds with a large focus on making things as simple and convenient as possible for their clients. They are looking to expand their team to make sure their existing clients are looked after properly, in addition to adding new ones.

**The Role**

As a Financial Advisor at this business, you will be focused on providing advice to your clients and will be well supported from a support team including paraplanners and administrators. You will help build and maintain strong relationships with your business partners as well as be able to identify and contact potential new clients.

**Benefits**
- Salary - up to £75,000 depending on experience.
- Ability to earn additional income, based on performance and quality metrics via uncapped quarterly bonus - expectation is that this can equate to an 50% of basic salary.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Employer pension contribution paid by salary sacrifice.

- Sick pay

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
