Role Overview:
Reporting to the Front-of-House Manager, you'll play a vital role in our dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional service. At Cafebar 1807, we prioritise crafting memorable dining experiences, whether it's through expertly mixed cocktails, guiding guests through our diverse menu, or ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Key Responsibilities:

- Craft and serve a diverse range of expertly mixed cocktails, paying meticulous attention to quality and presentation.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and latte, using proper techniques and maintaining consistent quality.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our beverage menu to guide guests in their selections and offer personalised recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar, adhering to safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and requests with professionalism and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
