**Private Client Solicitor**
A rare and fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a Private Client team as Head of Department has arisen
A progressive and ambitious law firm in Sunderland is looking for a motivated, hardworking Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with ambition to succeed, grow and expand the team. This role has potential for directorship in the future.

The Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive will be the new Head of Department to lead their existing private client team.
This is a full-time position, and the successful Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive will have at least 6 years’ experience of private client work to include:

- Wills
- Powers of Attorney
- Probate & Estate Administration matters
- Deeds of Gifts
- Experience of dealing with Trusts & Court of Protection will also be an advantage

The successful Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive will be responsible for the effective management of the team and reaching monthly billing targets whilst building on the existing workloads to ensure expansion and growth of the team.**Skills and Experience**
They require a Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive with at least six years’ experience of Private client work or equivalent expertise acquired in other ways including a thorough knowledge of Will Trust and Probate law and procedure.
