Employee Relations Advisor

We are looking to appoint an Employee Relations Advisor on a permanent basis to start in April 2025.
As part of our dedicated employee relations team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting managers across the Trust with day to day employee relations matters such as absence management, discipline, grievances and capability; offering sound, consistent advice based on current policies, legislation and best practice.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent support and advice in line with our policies and procedures, Trust values and best practice.
TeamNottsHC comprises over 11,000 dedicated colleagues who #MakeADifference every day. We deliver intellectual disability, mental health, community health, forensic, and offender healthcare services across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, and South Yorkshire. Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. In these circumstances the Trust would not, therefore, be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.
