**About the Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Non-Advised Sales Consultant within the Financial Services Sales area to join our department.

As part of this fast-paced team, you will make outbound calls to our NFU Mutual customers, selling Financial Services products in compliance with our regulations and quality standards whilst meeting activity and performance targets.

It’s what we’ve built our reputation on and as a Non-Advised Sales Consultant you’ll ensure we continue to deliver this outstanding service, bringing your personality to the role and establishing relationships with our customers. To support the growth of our Financial Services portfolio, you’ll implement initiatives for the generation of leads. You’ll develop and maintain effective relationships with our Financial Planning and Advisory team as well as the NFU Mutual Agency Network and any third parties to improve the quality of leads generated and developing the non-advised channel.

To be the best you can be in this role, we provide a comprehensive training programme that includes a mixture of classroom and hands-on experience. Once your training is complete, we will provide a supportive learning environment so that you can confidently start your career with NFU Mutual.

**About You**:

- Experience working with a telephone-based sales or customer service role (ideally within financial services)
- Experience of working towards targets would be advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
- The ability to work collaboratively and manage stakeholders effectively
- The ability to demonstrate resilience
