Job Description: BARISTA - BAKERY
Key Duties:
- Set up and breakdown the bar daily to high standards of cleanliness.
- Dial in the espresso machine and grinder to our specification.
- Producing high quality coffee with consistent latte art.
- Able to multitask to manage a fast paced environment.
- Liaise with the kitchen & bakery staff and work as part of a team to ensure each shift runs smoothly.
- Take orders, show in depth product knowledge to promote bakery and cafe sales.
- Provide accurate point of sale and cash handling.
- Demonstrate great customer service skills to build a regular clientele.
**Salary**: Up to £13.00 per hour
