**Job Title**: Sales Representative

**Starting Salary**: £21,000.00 - £23,000.00

**OTE**:£50k + Base Salary

**Location**: Okehamptpon

**Week**: 5/7 Monday - Sunday, rotating.

**Hours**: 9.30am - 6.00pm

**Contract Type**: Permanent / Full time

**Relocation Option**:Onsite accommodation

**Job Profile**

Vybe Resource are working with a Prestigious Holiday & Residential company who are currently looking for a Sales Representative to promote the sale of new and used holiday homes and lodges at one of their parks in Okehampton.

**As the Sales Executive you will be**:

- Creating, dealing with, and following up on new and existing leads.
- Ensuring the customer database is updated daily.
- Building strong relationships with customers, recommending, and demonstrating correct products for their needs.
- Promoting the park and the local area through local marketing initiatives to generate leads.
- Preparing and maintaining high standards with all show homes and on-site marketing.
- Completing sales paperwork, ensuring the sales operation is operating to the standards set out by the site licence and the business

**You will have**:

- Experience in Sales
- Commercial awareness
- Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software
- Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
- Self-motivated and driven by targets
- Strong communication skills - including both verbal and written
- IT skills
- Numerical skills.
