Are you a passionate Facilities Coordinator seeking a new challenge?
Our Facilities team are looking for a bright, organised and passionate Facilities Coordinator to take ownership of a number of our offices. Countryside Properties operates nationally across 11 regions and 2 timber frame factories Right now, as part of this growth, we are expanding our teams across the Group, and are seeking an enthusiastic Facilities Coordinator to join our expanding Facilities Team to be based out of our offices in Sevenoaks.You will work closely with the rest of the facilities team and support the Facilities Manager and Head of Facilities & Fleet. You will be responsible for Coordinating security requirements and out of hours access as required, Working with facilities contractors to manage local works, as well as being involved in the H&S and Compliance requirements including weekly fire alarm bell test, across our offices in Sevenoaks, Ealing, Farnborough & Cheshunt.
