Please view our video - Opens in a new window to find out more about what it's like to work in our Pick Team at QVC. **Hourly Pay** - With nightwork shift premiums, hourly rate varies between **£11.20-£12.73** per hour - Rising to **£11.30-£12.86** after successfully completing 3-month probationary period **Contract type**: - Permanent - Full-time **Your working hours - Full Time** - **37.5 hours per week**: - **Saturday - Tuesday 21:00 - 07:00** **What will I do as a Warehouse Team Member in the Pick team?** - Reporting to one of our Warehouse team leaders, you will be operating **Picker trucks** (At times to a height of up to 30 feet) to pick our customer orders from different aisle locations and move stock within our warehouse. - Manual handling is a requirement of this role, lifting weights of up to 25KG - You will use a handheld RF gun to scan all picked products **About You**: - Don't worry if you have not got any warehouse experience as you will receive full MHE training and support - Our trucks can go up to a **height of 30 feet**, so you must be comfortable working at this height. - As you will use trucks, **all applicants must be at least 18 years old**. - You'll be a great fit for us if you are dedicated to meeting targets and can handle goods with efficiency and accuracy. - As a business we have expectations for our team members to attend work and on time to enable us to serve the needs of our customers and as part of a team, therefore commitment and punctuality are essential within this role. **As a certified Top Employer for 10 years running we can offer you**: - 23 days holiday plus bank holidays entitlement during the first full year of service, rising to up to 28 days holiday plus bank holidays depending on length of service - Participation in the 'Share Success' bonus scheme linked to business performance - Pension plan with Legal & General - employee contribution is 3% and QVC contribution is 5% of qualified earnings - Medical Insurance - Single cover with Aviva and discounted rates for partner and family cover, plus enhanced life insurance - Credit Union saving scheme - Employee discount of 20% on products sold at QVC and access to the onsite staff shop featuring further discounted goods - Access to an award-winning wellbeing hub, related to physical, mental and financial support - Free, secure on-site parking including electrical charging points INDWW "#LI-Onsite"
