Page Personnel are partnering with a leading manufacturing and production business, based in Wrexham, who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their growing team. You will be responsible for providing advice on a wide range of HR related matters.

**Description**

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

- Providing expert advice to line managers on all HR related issues
- Managing complex employee relations and performance management cases
- Lead HR related projects
- Build positive working relationships with line managers and key stakeholders
- Any other ad hoc duties as required

**Profile**

The successful HR Advisor will have:

- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards)
- At least 12 months experience of working at HR Advisor level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
